With a proven track record of building an international school from the ground up, Temitope has successfully navigated the complexities of partnership development and new school construction across two countries. Boasting leadership experience in five schools across two continents, Temitope excels in curriculum assessment, raising educational standards, teacher coaching, and leadership development.

Temitope Osekita has been intentional in her route to the development of others and the improvement of educational outcomes for all, consistently building on her belief that every child deserves access to a great education. This vision inspired her to self-fund and build a thriving government approved 45-classroom all-through school in a rural village in Nigeria - Osekita Academy.

Her leadership emphasizes inclusivity, high standards, and the creation of environments where both students and staff thrive. Her establishment of Osekita Education Foundation - a non-governmental organisation is testament to her conviction in the role that Education plays in nation building. Her company, Osekita Learning Zone is the Umbrella for all her educational work in Africa.

Beyond her role in the UK education system, Temitope is also a passionate sociopreneur, and an ambassador for education reform, youth empowerment, and equal opportunities for all children, regardless of background. ​Her multifaceted work as an educator, founder, coach, mentor and ambassador reflects her drive to make a lasting impact, both locally and globally.
